Third meeting at ISSI will be conducted during the period of 18-22 February 2008.

Goals for Meeting #3:
- The focus of work is on the modeling and interpretation of the anomalous residuals found during analysis of the Doppler data. As the anomaly is now confirmed in the Doppler data, we will consider all possibilities to identify its nature. In addition, thermal mechanism will be thoroughly investigated with the help of recovered Pioneer flight telemetry.
