We proposed for two meetings at ISSI Bern with each 12 senior participants and 2-3 young scientists. The complexity of our subject and other made it necessary to change the team composition slightly for the second meeting, which turnd out to be of great benefit for the achievement of our goals. The meetings took place on 8-12 December 2014 and 26-30 October 2015.
