What are the limitations of the current data
What important constraints could we obtain with new data?
Formulate plans to get those data?
What resources would be needed to exploit those data (funding and personnel)
Time for people to work on problems with each other
Time for impromptu presentations based on interactions.

Come up with strategies for working on new papers and projects.
Decide on proposals to write and who will lead them.
