-Middle-small scale density-electric field turbulence appears as

a result of non-linear cascade development of the large-scale IT,

which intensified near equator (equatorial spread-F) and near

polar-ward EA gradients. We can see common k-distribution both

for large-scale and middle –small IT and latitude dependence of the

electric field “bursts” of IT on the satellites IK-24 and Aureol-3
