Aims: Review the techniques and data products which we have now been derived. Define a common file format for all datasets and discuss basic statistics of each.

•Averaging method for vectors - vector or scalar averaging?

•Baseline and time averaging of ground magnetometer data - dealing with data gaps
Current 1 month (Dec 2002) sample files:
CDF: 9334 records of IMF masked data, containing:
cdf epoch, B(imf), v(sw), n(sw), AE, Dst, g1, g2, sw_p, clock angle, bias value, G-index, D(nt, nd, np),
where:
nt = number of time records (9334)
nd = number of data records per time index (observatory dependent), and
np = number of parameters per measurement

Tasks prior to interim deadline
•Provide missing datasets for test month!
•Determine best averaging method for vector measurements
•Investigate basic statistics of each primary dataset for validation purposes
•Extend datasets to 2001-2005 interval
