There will be two week-long formal meetings of the team in Bern, Switzerland. The first one should be scheduled for October\/November 2015, and the next approximately 9 months later. Members of the team will in addition use international conferences, particularly EPSC (the European Planetary Science Congress) for splinter and update meetings.<\/p>\n
We would expect a standard level of financial support, and utilise a single meeting room with projector for the 11 members, along with the communications and breakout facilities at ISSI. Members would in general bring a laptop.
