  1. For 15 minutes: Use 9+1 breakout rooms, suggest/encourage individual self-organized meetings, identify one or two section head(s)
  2. Discuss technical platform(s) for subsequent work of 9 chapter teams, drafting texts
  3. Fix two next plenary ZOOM meetings in about Delta t = 6 weeks (e.g. March 1, 2021) with section progress reports of 10-15 min each and coordination discussion, maybe fix another plenary ZOOM in another 6 weeks (e.g. April 12, 2021)
  4. Vision of a physical meeting in Bern in Q3 or Q4 of 2021, for pre-final discussion of section texts
