The team will have two one-week meetings with the time separation between the meetings not more than one year. The first meeting will include an overview of the project, identify the modeling approaches and potential issues, and set the stage for the group members’ individual and collaborative work. Second meeting will be to discuss the results of project, identify any additional tests, and outline some initial conclusions. During the time period between the two meetings, the team members will work in close coordination with each other (including external self-supported experts). The team will have regular communications (online meetings) to enable early identification of potential issues, finding appropriate solutions, and providing updates on the current state of the project.
