Call for Visiting Scientists

Are you working on a research project which would benefit from collaborating with an ISSI staff member, with other ISSI visitors, or with researchers nearby in Switzerland?

The ISSI Visiting Scientist programme provides funding for short research visits to conduct research related to data from space missions. Our support consists of the provision of office space at ISSI, plus accommodation and a per diem for the duration of the research visit.

Call for Visiting Scientists

The Visiting Scientist programme is open to all scientists, regardless of career stage, nationality or institutional affiliation. Small groups of two or three individuals, who would like to meet at ISSI to pursue collaborative work in space science, are also welcome to apply. Applications are reviewed by the ISSI directorate on a quarterly basis, with submission deadlines on March 1, June 1, September 1 and December 1. Applicants will be notified of the outcome of the selection a few weeks after the deadline.
